Nursing
A Nursing sister is available every morning to do immunisations, dressings and give medical advice.It helps if you can ring the surgery prior to attending.
Please bring your child's immunisation record book and your Medicare card.
It is recommended that you remain at the surgery for at least 15 minutes after the immunisations have been done.

After Hours and Emergencies
During office hours in the event of an emergency contact Forrest House Medical. Please go to the nurses station where you will be assessed and a Dcotor will be called.
At all other times contact the Peel Health Campus..

Medicals
With the addition of nursing staff, all medicals and audiometric testing can be done in Waroona. Please ring the nurse for an appointment.
