Appointments can be made by telephoning the
surgery, or in person, during office hours only .
Appointments are usually 15 mins duration however if you
have more than one issue or you are a new patient, please
please ask the receptionist to book an extended appointment.
THIS COSTS YOU NO MORE MONEY.
The gap is the same regardless of the length of appointment. Booking an appropriate length appointment assists us to maintain appointment times and avoid lengthy waiting periods.

After Hours and Emergencies
During office hours in the event of an emergency contact Forrest House Medical Group. Please go to the nurses station where you will be assessed and a Dcotor will be called.
At all other times contact the Peel Health Campus.

Fast track appointments
Forrest House Medical Group offers quick, 5-minute appointments when you just require a repeat prescription or referral. These appointments are usually bulk billed. Be sure to mention when you book that you would like a fast track appointment.
We CANNOT issue prescriptions by phone request.

Test results
To obtain test results, call our nursing staff between 12 and 2pm. We have extra staff during these hours in order to cater for these additional calls.

Audiometric testing
For an appointment or more information please contact Nola. Group bookings and early morning assessments are preferred. We now have a hearing booth located in the Pinjarra and Waroona surgeries.
